Our Products
Coal is believed to be formed during the carboniferous era. In the earlier days of our earth, the plants that lived then eventually died and coalification began. The layers of the plant matter died and started accumulating at the bottom of the seabed. Conversion of these organic matters due to the action of pressure, temperature, and a hundreds of years went into the making of this wonderful energy fuels.
Coal
We are reckoned as one of the most astounding Coal suppliers in India. We supply diversified range imported steam Coal. They helped in trapping atmospheric carbon in the ground in huge peat bogs that eventually were covered and deeply buried by sediments as a result of which those plants remain transformed into fuel. With the passing time, the chemical and physical properties of the plant remains were changed by geological action to create a solid matter-Coal.
Coal For Cement
The cement industry is the largest consumers of Coal along with power and metallurgy. Cement industries rely on Coal to very great extent as Coal is the only fuel source available. The Coal used for cement industry deserves satisfaction of some specific characteristics.
Coal For Steel
Coal plays a very important role in steel industry. Global steel production is dependent on Coal. Modernized direct Iron making technologies permits the use of Coal directly (pulverized Coal combustion concept) without the need for metallurgical Coke, this provides lower capital cost compared to the blast furnace/Coke oven, and have the advantage to offer the economy of small scale.
Coal For Coke
Coke is also manufactured from Coal. The Coal purchased for Coke making is different from those used in other processes. Certain Coal known as Coking Coal, with specific composition & specification, only is suitable for the manufacturing of a quality Coke. The Coking Coal must deliver a consistent calorific value, be reasonably low in ash yield and meet environmental standards for sulfur and nitrogen oxide emissions.
Coal For Electricity Generation
Steam Coal also known as thermal Coal is used in power stations to generate electricity. Around 75% of electricity consumed in India is generated from thermal power plants and about 65% of it is generated from Coal based thermal power plant, these ratios give a picture of demand of Coal in electricity generation sector in India.
Imported Coal
India’s appetite for coal imports has grown steadily over the past few years due to the constantly widening gap between demand and indigenous supply. And also the quality of Indian Coal is considered lower in comparison to Coal imported from other countries, primarily due to its higher ash content and lower GCV. Most of the Coal available in India is of lower rank or thermal Coal, used primarily by the power generation sector & Gasifies. This demands a need for India to import coal from overseas.
Indonesian Coal
In Indonesian origin, we offer our clients a wide range of choice which makes it easier for them to select the appropriate Coal for their boiler. Generally, Indonesian origin Coal ranks from 5000 GCV to 7000 GCV differing in some or the other parameter (specification). Most of the Indonesian origin Coal has high percentage of Volatile Matter, but they benefit from low ash and low sulfur content. Indonesian origin Coal is the most widely used in all industries due to easy availability & lower in price, compared to Coal mined from other origin. Indonesian Coal is also used to blend along with Coal from other origin in order to lower production cost.
South-African Coal
We offer high Fixed Carbon content south-African Coal. In general south-African Coal is termed high rank Coal by Coal traders & end-users globally. South-African Coal application is specialized & limited to modern Steel production units, blast furnaces, cement plant boilers & sponge Iron producing kilns.
Indian Coal
India is the world's third largest producer and consumer of Coal. India also holds the privilege of being fourth largest country in terms of its Coal reserve. Coal is the most abundant fuel available in India. Coal is majorly used for electricity generation in India followed by other industries such as cement industry, gasifier plants, dairy industry, leather industry etc. Indian Coal is of mostly sub-bituminous rank.
Indigenous Coal
We supply Indian Coal which includes:ROM Coal: Run of Mine Coal isl which comes from mines directly. ROM Coal comprises of size ranging from 0 MM-500 MM or bigger as it is not subject to screening or crushing
Size Coal: Steam Coal or size Coal is retained when ROM Coal is subject to crushing or screening. Steam Coal is also obtained handpicked or shovel picked from ROM Coal.
Slack Coal: Portion of Coal that remains after steam Coal is screened from ROM Coal is slack Coal.
We supply indigenous Coal from Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh.
Petroleum Coke
Here we present the most appropriate, economical and environment friendly fuel of modern times – “Petroleum Coke” (Pet Coke) – a unique and advanced fuel for boilers & furnaces. It aims to provide enhanced productivity over conventional coal and reduce your cost of productions by almost 35% and much more in case of furnace oil users.
Some of its stunning features include:
It has a very high Calorific Value of 8500 approximately, almost 2900 more than that of the best quality coal, which has a calorific value of 5600 approximately, thereby giving you a direct reduction in cost by almost 35% and much more in case of furnace oil users.
It does not leave any residue, unlike in the case of coal (in the form of ash/cinder) saving your maintenance cost and rendering it hassle free, because of very low rather negligible ash.
